This is a Leadership Development and College Career Program.
Generally, each course iteration is a minimum of eight hours but can be a week-long program with blocks of instruction and demonstrations at a local field office. Students are provided with several presentations on topics including Inspirational guest speakers with immersive presentations, and the day-to-day operations. Career activities ranging from all Law Enforcement,University, and organizations. Entrepreneurship,STEM, Scholarship and Grant application Assistance. Networking opportunities and placement.

BOBCW Credit Boost Financial Boot Camp (BCBFBC), aims to support our Credit Boost Financial Program, which is designed to empower disenfranchised minority communities by providing the resources and education needed to improve credit scores and financial education.

We are collecting and measuring the outcomes by providing trainings with tools and awards to the individuals that graduate the program with providing a startup grant and the necessary resources that will help with their career.
